Therapeutic massage uses various techniques to allow manipulation of the deeper layers of tissues such as muscles, tendons and ligaments.

How often you come in for a massage will vary individually. When working to resolve a specific injury, weekly or bi-monthly is strongly suggested until the goal is achieved. Then monthly maintenance is an option. Some clients will prefer to come in more often on weekly or bi-monthly schedule to avoid injury.
